Ahhhhhhh; I need help with a diet plan!!?
Ok so graduation is June 22. I want to loss like a couple pounds till then. I tryed EVERYTHING so far. Running, diets. I am only 5’4 and I want to know what’s the normal weight for that height? Also I would also like to know a well planed diet that I could actually loss weight; please help. Thanks . Ps: a weekly diet planner would help me a lot [=
This is what I do it works for me. I’ve been on a diet for 4 weeks now I lost three paint sizes and ten pounds so far.
for breakfast enjoy one cup of special k cereal & a half a cup of milk. Or you can have a wheat english muffin and cottage cheese or a waffle which is 100 calories and a light & fit yogurt with it.
For school take a special k bar or 100 calorie snack. When you get home eat a smart one or a sandwich with 45 calories a slice they have that at the market. For dinner eat golden spoon (: 200 calories for a small. Or you can make tuna salad with lettuce and light dressing. After that enjoy some fruit like an apple which is 85 calories or you can have pretzels but measure everything you eat right down your calories on a piece of paper and your weight everyday so you can see how much you progressed.
