I need weight loss motivation!?
Whenever I start a diet a fail because I have absolutely no motivation. I feel like I can’t do it and then I don’t try and give up. Plus, it’s really hard to eat healthy in my house, there’s junk food galore! AND I hate exercising, so if anyone knows how to make calorie burning fun, please tell me!
It’s not fun until you see and feel results. I found it very difficult for two weeks to stick to my diet and exercise decisions. After that it got much easier and I eventually lost about 50 pounds. Best of luck to you, I know exactly how you feel. You can do it, but you have to stick with it until your habits begin to change.
Exercise doesn’t have to be rigorous and hard, but it has to be something you like. Do you like biking, tennis, roller blading, frisbee, walking – anything that gets you moving is good.
