Weight Loss After Pregnancy
Pregnancy weight loss after birth?? Help!!?
I had as baby girl three weeks ago, i am 21 and was 53 kg before i fell pregnant, before i gave birth i was up to 82 kg and am now at 68. Does anyone have any sure fire ways to lose weight (mainly on my upper thighs)?? Also, i had a very flat stomach before i fell pregnant, how long until i can start working on this and what excercises should i do. i feel fabulous and feel like i could start running or doing yoga or walking or swimming… but its only been three weeks. Any hints will help!

If natural delivery you can start working out, I had my son 4mths ago, and have been doing crunches and on nice days long power walks, you know when your working the area when it starts to burn, congrats and good luck
