Weight Loss After Birth
two weeks after giving birth what was your weight loss like?
I gave birth about 2 weeks ago. I am pleased with my weight loss… 22 pounds. It leaves me with 12-15 more to go. I could not breastfeed due to a breast reduction. Is this weight loss trend normal? should I expect this trend to continue? What was your weight loss like at this stage in postpartum?
i gained 15 lbs. during my pregnancy and four days after giving birth, i had lost 20 lbs. i was pretty thin/fit to begin with and with the extra 5 pound weight loss, i’m at my goal weight. i’ve haven’t lost any more since then (i’m almost 3 weeks post-partum now) and frankly, really don’t want to lose more. oh, and i’m not breast feeding either.
