Weight Loss After Birth Control
How can I lose weight from my torso and inner thighs?
I have gained 35 pounds in my abodomen, breasts, and thighs in the past year. I am much bigger than I was when I was pregnant with my daughter. I am sure the weight gain came from the birth control I was on (Nuvaring). I need help with a weight loss plan. No Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, or any fad, paid diets, etc. I want to do it on my own and keep the weight off. I’d also like to do this in 2 1/2 months.
I eat healthy, organic foods, I walk about 20 minutes a day, and I do not eat after 6pm. Could this problem be thyroid related? Or am I just not working hard enough?
you need to calculate how many calories you are eating in a day and reduce your calorie intake by around 200. be sure to keep a log of the foods you consume every day (fitday.com is a great site for this).
if you are exercising, eating well and still not losing weight, your body is probably in starvation mode and needs to be kick-started again. be sure to read about more information at beachbody.com or freetrainers.com message boards!
