Weight Loss After Birth Baby
Regarding weight loss after child birth…?
I am due with my first baby on November 15th of this year. So far, I have gained 25 pounds in this pregnancy (I am 34 weeks) — I have been invited to a wedding on December 28th of this year… just wondering if you think from your personal experience, if I’ll be anywhere near pre-pregnancy size for this wedding?
I do plan on breastfeeding…
Do you have any tips – since it’s kind of within the first 6 weeks, and I probably won’t be able to exercise?
