Weight Loss After Baby

Jump start weight loss after baby?
I had a baby 4 months ago, and have been watching what I eat since she has been born. I have very limited time to work out as I have returned to work. I have not lost any weight for the past month, and really feel like I am in a slump. I really only want to loose about 10 more pounds to be at my pre baby weight. Any ideas? Thanks!
there was a study done and most pregnant woman won’t start losing any extra weight they put on until after 6 months. The fat cells while pregnant more than triple in size and are kinda stuck there for those 6 months before you can kick their butt into gear and start losing the extra weight. Just keep up with your exercise plan and eat more fruits and vegies and lean meats!
with my first son I gained 50 lbs total so I had 20 lbs to lose which I wasn’t able to lose all of it before getting pregnant with my 2nd son but with him I only gained 25 lbs and I lost all that a week after I had him.
