What is the recommended BMI number for a person?
I am a 20 year old girl and I am 154cms tall. About to have a baby, but according to my midwife, my BMI was 33 at the beginning of my pregnancy. Is that high? I know I am a bit overweight, but what is the ideal BMI, as I am starting my own weight loss programme after the baby is born, and would like to know just how much I need to lose to be the average weight for my age.
