Top Weight Loss Tv Shows
I’m desperate to gain weight-any suggestions?
I’ve lost a load of weight through my depression (i don’t weigh myself but all my clothes are way too baggy) I’ve always been size 12 bottom and 10 top, but now even 10 bottoms are too big and i’m onto 6-8 tops. I’ve never had a cleavage really (34/75A), but now it’s like i’m 12 again!!
I eat a lot compared to what I was eating a few months ago, but don’t seem to be gaining, though I don’t feel I’m losing anymore weight, which is one good thing.
I base my meals around carbs (I adore pasta, rice, potato), and I eat/drink loads of dairy. I have a good amount of meat, but don’t do well with fruit and veg.
I try to fatten myself on crisps, but it makes me really spotty. I hate that.
What do other people do with this problem.
(ps) it really annoys me when I see all the adverts and shows on tv about weight loss, then they don’t do a single one about weight gain. Why?

well, don’t give yourself any restrictions on what u can eat.. but, do not stuff yourself with junkfood to the limit.. but u can have some junk food guilt free..
most of your calories should come from good carbs, lots of brown rice, some pasta, yams, brown bread, potatoes…. eat alot of beef, chiken, eggs…. and try protein shakes that are higher in calories.. they higher calore protein shakes…
also consider signing up at a gym.. do minimal cardio but do more heavy lifting with weights.. u will not bulk up alot.. but u will gain some muscle.. which is good…
