The Weight Loss Mirror
Weight loss Stopped…Any Ideas.?
Maybe to much Special K Cereal? (Protein Plus, Maybe too many carbs?)I have been doing about 15 min of cardio and 45-1 hour of strength training. I stopped losing weight and that’s the only thing I can really find in my diet that has carbs.. I eat alot of Grilled Chicken, Fish, Whey Smoothie ( with Crystal Light instead of fruit punch) Almonds, Egg White annnd Alot of Special K.. I was Running 5k in 21-22 min now I am focusing on Strength Training more then cardio. Should I do more then 10-15 min of Cardio…Stop eating cereal? Not Weight loss on a Scale either more in the mirror.. Definition.
My only thought would be that maybe you have hit a plateau. No matter how strenuous your workout is, if your continue the same routine and don’t change it then your body will in a word conform to that workout regiment and it will stop having the effect that it did at the beginning. In other words mix things up a little, weather you change your rep ranges, different exercises, or maybe running interval running instead of 3 miles of jogging. Whatever you decide to do you need to switch things up, and most likely after you do this you will continue losing weight.
