The Full Bar Weight Loss Diet
How can I enjoy a New Year’s eve dinner without completely blowing my weight loss?
I’m currently following a diet that involves eating 5 small pre-packaged meals (bars, shakes, etc) from this diet program and a lean dinner at night. I want to enjoy my family’s new year’s eve dinner but I’m scared that I might end up gaining half of what I lost after binging for a full day (lost about 12 pounds so far). My inner fat girl is telling me that this dinner comes once a year and that I should go ahead and pig out, but I do NOT want to throw away my progress.
So I was thinking, would it be fine if I skipped the 5 pre-packaged meals and fast the whole day, then pig out at night? Would I gain any weight?
yes skip the gross box meals and eat your family dinner
you may gain weight but if you are old enough drink a bunch off alcohol and you will eventually puke it all up anyway
