The Best Weight Loss Formulas
Teen weight loss formula?
I’m normally not much of a person for this kind of stuff. But I’m asking if you have any formulas or odd foods that people can make/eat to quickly lose weight. Post whatever you’ve got. NO BULL. Who ever’s idea(s) works the best gets the points. No advice. BTW, I’m 5′ 6″, 155 lbs.
By no advice, I mean no telling me that formulas and pills are bead for me and anything of that sort, if you do write that, you will NOT be chosen.
I have read somewhere that eating eggs in the morning will keep you full for most of your day. By lunch time try to eat something light….salad, sandwich (but watch what you put on it and the kind of bread you choose). By dinner, reward yourself a bit, not too much, but enough to keep you satisfied. Grilled chicken breast with rice and green beans (or something of that nature) 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream to end it all. Keep up with drinking plenty of water, and try to commit to at least 20-30 mins of exercise a day. Whether it be, just walking the dog or going on a bike ride.
Keep it simple and keep it healthy. Get in the habit now, helps keep you in the habit later.
