I thought I would share mine and see if anyone else has any inspiration!

I dropped a couple of dress sizes without really intending to. I got a job with regular 9-5 hours (I did mainly night shifts before and had virtually no sleep pattern!) This then meant that I was having breakfast and lunch at regular times. I had also just moved in with my BF so we were cooking homemade meals most nights (nothing super healthy – curries, carbonaras, steak) I was also a big drinker before and I now prefer to have a few glasses of wine or a spirit and diet mixer rather than beer and fruit based drinks.
So I lost weight without really intending too but now that I have feel more confident to do a bit of exercise and have managed to keep the weight off.
I am still a size 12 (UK size – its an 8 in the US) and would like to be a bit thinner. Any tips?

changing your diet to only healthy foods is the best thing you can do and will ensure you will lose weight if combine with walking everyday especially.

you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains (Asian basmati or jasmine rice gives lots of energy), & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.

(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)
