If anyones been on the blood type diet, i have a few questions, Answer any that you have answers to!! Also i am an A. And i am interested on keeping this diet as a lifestyle change not just a temporary weight loss diet although i would like to lose the last 10 pounds.

I’m O positive. I’ve been following it sort of for the past year (ie not slavishly) and feel a great deal better. The main thing I have done is go gluten free. I have lost a lot of swelling from my feet, and also a lot of hard skin there. The psoriasis in my hair has disappeared. Sensation has returned to a numb area above my heel. I have lost fat from the front of my stomach and the bloating in my abdomen is greatly reduced. I lost no muscle mass and I feel better. It may be absolute rubbish but these changes are not psychological as I didn’t expect any of them. I did the diet for a different reason, and these results were bonuses.
