Here are the directions and I need help
You will write a paper addressing each of
the following:
1. How team participation:
• Builds self-esteem
• Enables social interaction
• Enhances responsibility
• Helps attain personal fitness goals
• Maintains wellness
• Improves skill level
• Builds commitment to practice
• Affects enjoyment of the activity
2. How the benefits of belonging to a team carry over into the classroom
setting; be sure to give specific examples.
3. How team benefits carry over into the work setting; be sure to give
specific examples.

Self-esteem: It allows you to know you’re improving and allows you to obtain constructive criticism.
Social interaction: Being a part of a team enables social interaction by allowing you to converse with others that have similar interests (as with school sports teams).
Enhances responsibility: If you don’t perform your best, you let others down as well as yourself.
Personal fitness goals: If you see others working hard, you strive to meet your own tough goals.
Maintains wellness: It persuades you to be active but still have fun with friends.
Improves skill level: You’re around others that may or may not be better than you, so you can ask them for help or tips.
Commitment to practice: If you’re having fun with friends and peers at practice, you’re more likely to dedicate more time to practicing? I dunno. I don’t think it does, but okay.
Enjoyment: If you genuinely like the people you’re with, team excersizes can be good; if not, they can be horrible. Hehe.

Benefits: If you learn how to work with a sports team, you can work with your classmates just as well and learn how to interact properly with them.
3.
With a sports team, if you don’t do your job, everybody can suffer, and it’s the same in a workplace. Failure to do your job on your part can result in an emergency on somebody else’s.
