Simple Weight Loss Tips
Simple ways to help lose weight?
I’m trying to lose 10 pounds. I’m dieting and exercising. Does any one have some simple, easy tips that will help with weight loss? I’m looking for things I can do that are easy, everyday things I can do (such as drinking more water, eating yogurt, etc.) that won’t seem like I am dieting.
Or foods that I could eat that you normally wouldn’t think of as helping with weight loss?
Metamucil Orange Fiber supplement. The stuff is amazing. Its extremely healthy. You mix it with water and it gets a little thick… chug down 16oz’s of that and you won’t be hungry. I typically drink a glass once everynight around 7pm, if I get hungry I have another before bed. I would also recommend the sugar free version.
Sounds wierd, but it works. Don’t skimp on your food, just drink some Metamucil when you know you shouldn’t be eating… great for those of us who get hungry late at night.
