Safe Weight Loss During Pregnancy
Weight loss during pregnancy? Is it safe for me to try lose weight?
I am pregnant for the first time, 10 wks along at this stage. Prior to finding out I was pregnant I had started at the gym with trying to lose the excess weight for my best friends wedding in March next year. I am about 15kilos overweight. Since falling pregnant my stomach has turned to jello and my arms are just as bad. What can I do during pregnancy to try and take the weight off still but in a healthy and safe way? Also what exercise could I do?
Count the calories as you eat. It’s a good idea to have an idea of the calories that most food items have. If it is a packed thing then the label is sure to have the calories that the substance has.
