Rapid Weight Loss In 2 Weeks

How much weight can i lose in 2 weeks? PLEASE ANSWER!!!!! 10 POINTS!!!!!?
Ok so im 5’1 and 122lb im 13 yrs old so im still young but im overweight according to childs bmi.
I start school in 2 1/2 weeks, but want a few days for resting and preperation, but still doing my diet.
Ok so heres wat i would eat in a day
for breakfast i would have a home made smoothie with 3 servings of veggies and 7 servings of fruits. Then as my snack i would have plain oatmeal, and for lunch i would have a salad, for my next snack i would have an apple or something. Then dinner would be salad, boiled chicken, and 1 cup of rice. Along with that i drink a gallon of water each day.
Now for my workout:
500 squats
500 lunges
200 push ups
2hrs of swimming laps
I CAN NOT RUN!!!!!! for medical resons, but the other things i can.
how much weight should i end up losing? and what would you add for rapid weight loss, and im going to kkeep it up so that i wont gain it back.

Honestly you are not that overweight. Plus, you are a young teenager so your body is changing and often teens gain weight because of their hormones rapidly changing.
I do, however, see the reasons that you want to get some of the weight off.
Your diet looks okay, but are you really going to eat the same thing every day?
Often, you can change what you eat just keep it healthy and watch PORTION SIZE.
Portion sizes are one of the biggest things in eating and weight gain.
Ever watched ‘Portion Size Me’? It is really good to watch and only about an hour long. I do suggest it for people wanting to diet and lose weight.
Your workout seems a little bit harsh for you. I would start off with about:
100 squats
100 lunges
50 push-ups
1/2 an hour of swimming laps
You can’t start an exercise regimen going full out. Your body will go into shock and you will most likely not want to work out for the next couple of days after. By easing your body into it, you will get better results and not suffer as much pain.
You could also switch up your workouts. It would probably be a good thing to add in some abs exercise in your routine. Sit-ups/Crunches maybe?
In 2 weeks, you should NOT be losing more then 4 pounds. It would put you at a healthy weight and doctors recommend that you do NOT exceed losing more then 2 pounds per week. Unless, you are very overweight (2-3rd class/obese), it is quite hard to lose more then that and even harder to maintain.
Don’t be disappointed if you do not lose weight as rapid as you want. It is a very hard thing to do and, in your case, I believe unnecessary.
I do really think you are AMAZING for trying to exercise and eat healthy.
