Rapid Weight Loss Diet Plan
Weight Loss Plan????????? DOES THIS WORK??? <3?
OK, so first i do know that rapid weightloss isnt very healthy, but what most of you dont know is that its very healthy if you do it the right way! With that said lets get on with it.
I have 3 weeks to lose 15-20lb. “Yea Yea, SOOOO UNREALISTIC!!!!” anyways i need to lose it and im really determined! I have 3 things that im going to do, 3 day water fast, i will do this once or twice, depending on how things go. Then a raw fruits and veggies and water with 1-3 hours of swimming laps, 500-700 squats a day, not all at once, 300 push up, not all at once, and 1 hour of cardio, and then lastly i will just do my last week or so i will work on just plain healthy foods, and 2-3 hours of exerisize.
This is what im thinking:
08/05/11- 08/08/11 WATER ONLY
08/09/11-08/18/11 RAW FOODS DIET
08/19/11-???? Healthy foods and good workouts
Can i lose about 15-20lb with this diet?

Focus less on what you eat and drink and more on how often you exercise.
EXERCISE is how you lose weight the fastest, and keep the weight off. A diet helps in addition to exercise, but by itself doesn’t do much. People often choose diets over exercise though because it’s easier NOT to shovel shit in your face than to actually MOVE your ass. 15-20 pounds in three weeks is completely unrealistic unless you exercise – vigorously.
