What exercise pattern should I follow?? Please help….?
Hi Everyone,
I’ve been hitting the gym for the past 2 weeks. I’m a little obese in my appearance with a waist size of 34″, weight: 70kgs and height: 175 cms, M. I first like to put down my belly fat and then to tone up my muscles. The master at my gym suggests me to do aerobic exercises all the time instead of weight lifting. In fact, he is very strict about that. Through internet forums, I learnt that anaerobic exercises(weight lifting) promote quicker fat loss than do aerobic exercises. I was wishing to do both as I also have some endurance to lift weighting that I gained from my previous weight lifting experiences. Should I follow my master’s guidance and do aerobic all the time or take the weights myself and start with that too?? Please help me with this. Thanks in advance….

I was 78 kgs earlier, and now im 64 kgs, was trying to lose weight since 2005,tried GYM, walking, running…but the problem became worst until one day, when i was OBESE whereas i was SLIM…
i realised, my eating habits were not correct.
i consulted a dietician…and bingo…im as slim as an athelete.
and ya, ur gym instructor is right, aerobics coupled with correct diet plan will lead to weight loss.
but weight training is only to tone the body. i tried weight training for 2 years, with no result at all
