Quick Weight Loss For Women
How can I help my mom loose weight?
My mom recently went to the doctor for a check up. She has high blood pressure, and she has been taking medicine for it for a few years now, but the doctor said it has gone up. The doc said that if she were to loose some weight, it would go down to a healthier number. I am not sure how much she weighs, but she is 5 foot 7 inches, and wears a size 10/12 in the woman’s department. I don’t think she is that big, but she could stand to loose a few pounds. She is 50 years old, going on 51, and she has a pretty stressful job. We are also building a house right now, so that just adds to it. I need some good tricks and tips to help her loose weight fast. She already has a very healthy diet (plenty of fruits, vegetables, not a lot of fast food/junk food), but she doesn’t get much exercise. I need to know some quick things that she can do each day that will make a big impact on her weight loss. Thanks in advance
Go walking with her, that would be a good time for you two to bond together. Do some yard work together. You guys should try a workout video, that would be fun. How about the new WII fitness game. I think that she would be more motivated if you did it with her. It would be more fun.
