Quick Weight Loss Exercise Program

I have a question about weight loss?
Why are so many people willing to put time and energy into finding new and improved methods of dieting, but won’t exercise or change their way of eating to get and maintain the weight they want? I mean I gained some weight and I am doing what is necessary to lose it and it’s a lot cheaper and more fun to see and feel the results day by day than taking some pill or eating some microwave ready made meal from some quick weightloss diet program. Is it just me or does that seem lazy? Think about how long it took you to put the weight on, its gonna take about the same amount of time to take it off and if you use some quick weight loss scheme you are just gonna gain twice as much back? Why not just exercise and change the way you eat?
People will do anything to loose weight, except proper diet and exercise. The biggest excuse i’ve been given for people not working out is ” I don’t have time”. (I work full time and I’m a full time student and I work out, so I don’t buy this one) But there are multible reasons. A lot of people don’t know how to get started on a exercise program. They could self educate with fitness magizines and on-line resources, or get a personal trianer to get them started. Another problem I see is people, mostly those that are over weight, are embarassed to go to the gym. They think that people are judgeing them, but what i see is someone takeing control back. People should also read the fine print on all these “diet” products. They always say “results not typical.”
