when can i start to excersise after a cesarean?
since i have some complications with my pregnancy, i have to do a cesarion, i want to know when can i start to exercise n make love after the operation.. u knw.. in short when can i get well completely?
wil i be able to loose a considerable amount of weight withiin 4 months? what kind of exercises you wil recommend me to do, to get a quick weight loss as i have to attend my only brothers wedding in December. thats 4 months after my dilivry. pls advice..
You have to wait at least 6 weeks for both, or you may risk your recovery. Everything is a mess trying to heal in there, you know they move everything around in there when they’re trying to get the baby out. Give it some time to get back where it belongs! Your weight loss after delivery depends on a lot of things, but if you are breastfeeding, eating healthy (you can’t diet if nursing), and use a sensible exercise program, you should be able to lose a good deal of weight and look really good in four months! Just don’t overdo it for the sake of losing weight, everyone will know you just had a baby, you don’t need to have any other excuse.
