How can I lose 10 lbs in 4 days?
hello!
for my height im only 10lbs over weight…
i recently heard that over dieting can lead to a lifetime of dieting and extreme weight gain.
im looking for quick weight loss advice so i won’t end up doing this for years.
4 days for 10 lbs is a little too soon. What you can do is do that following:
-Drink 8 cups of water a day
-Walk and keep moving (tap your fingers, shake your leg) to keep your metabolism high.
-Try to eat leaner meats (white chicken and fish), preferably poached or pan seared.
-Eat small portions of all of the parts of the food pyramid.
-Create a daily routine of exercises or find some online or in magazines.
-Sleep at least 8 hours.
-Stay away from food that are over 300 calories.
-No sugar or don’t overdose it.
-Snack on veggies when you’re craving for chocolate.
-It’s okay to eat the junk food but only eat about a handful of chips.
