Speeding up Weight loss?
hello:)
id like to first start off by saying, YES i do understand that quick/rapid weightloss isnt healthy, nor affective.
but i am 145lbs and 5ft 2.5inches
i want to lose around 10 pounds in a month.
i am counting my calories and i started to eat at a 1300 calorie diet adn i play tennis 5-6 days a week.
heres the thing, my scale wont move! and i dont feel all that toned or fit.
anyway to speed up this weight loss?
things like special diet plans, workouts, other nutritional tips, motivation?

playing tennis 5 -6 times a day… maybe its that u have strong bones and muscles … that’s why the weight is 145 lbs and not because of the flab!
maybe honey yogurt with banana… and nourishment of body from outside as well like almond oil on head!
