Prepared Weight Loss Meals
I need a 20lb weight loss diet.?
diet and excercise, yes I know, read countless books, was body building at one time…..but…..I spent 3 years on an online game, put my body overweight by 20lbs(which is a blessing with no excercise and all fast food)
I’m looking for the diet part. I want prepared meals I can buy….not cooking anything or spending more than 2 min on it.
Weight watchers, healthy choice, lean cuisine, online meals or are there others that are better?
