What to eat and loss weight and how?
Okay been trying to loss weight many times, I am sick of infomercials and ads sorry eat this drink this you will loss weight. Can someone please help me, I would prefer to have someone who lost weight post but if you have good advise feel free to let me know. Please serious comments, if your going to say starve don’t post or something out the way YOU CAN STAY AWAY!! I am very serious, I need to loss and need help.
I am a health nut, so I stick with wholesome foods, such as any fruits and vegetables, as well as whole grains including oatmeal, whole wheat bread, etc. If you want to eat a dessert like cake or something, just limit your portions. Always eat as soon as you wake up. This will jump start your metabolism. Try to not eat past 5 oclock or so in the evening, since your physical activity probably is minimal near the end of the night, and you will be sleeping within the next few hours. Try to avoid foods that have been made with high fructose corn syrup. This is simply sugar that will go straight to your hips and thighs. Lean meats and protein are also good, as they help you gain muscle, in addition to a regular exercise program. Lean meats include turkey, ham, fish, eggs, and nuts (nuts, including peanut butter, are very healthy for you, despite the high calorie content..just do not eat a lot at once. Just a small portion should be enough to get the nutrients you need). The important thing to remember when you are dieting is to always try to get your nutrients. You do not want to strip your body of essential vitamins and minerals just because you want to lose some weight. Another important aspect of trying to lose weight is to get enough sleep; we burn calories as we sleep and if we are not tired during the day, we are less likely to overeat because we do not need extra food to give us the energy that we did not get through sleeping. In addition, exercise is very important. Some ways to get exercise that do not include going to the gym or jogging around your neighborhood include putting on some music and dancing like a little kid, jumping on a trampoline, swimming, yoga, zumba, pilates, and taking the stairs instead of an elevator or escalator at the mall. It takes only three days so see the effects of not exercising; therefore, it is important to keep at it and not to give up when you do not see dramatic results right away. If you stop your exercise routine, you will see the negative effects of inactivity within the next three days, and that is likely to make you more depressed and think that you cant do it.
