Is there an online support community for weight loss that I Don’t Have to Pay for?
A website where i can get tips on what foods to eat. What to cut back on? How much exercise I can do and keep track of my progress? Even support communities would be helpful? Is there such a website like this where i don’t have to pay for a membership to join? Suggestions on other websites that might be helpful is also much appreciated. Thanks! <3

They are an amazing support community for weight loss. You need to sign up for a free account and then you can have access to loads of weight loss articles, forums, daily calorie intake chart (where you can keep an eye on what you’re eating by listing it daily), information on fitness and then maintenance (when you reach it!) You can keep track of your daily exercises and activities as well.
You can join groups which are relevent to your needs and talk to others who are in the same circumstances as you!
The forums provide amazing motivation to stay fit and also help out when you’re having a difficult day.
