Looking to lose 55lbs before June 7th!! Help.?
Im looking around online for weight loss suggestions. I need all the help. Im looking to lose 55lbs before i turn 21. My weight has finally hit me for the first time. People have different wake up calls, to some thats a comment made be a child, a glance in a mirror or a picture. Mine was a picture i took of myself, it made me cry. So please if u know a website or a good weight loss plan that dont cost to much. Thanks!
Try the specialk diet. I am on it I lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks. I eat a bowl of special k cereal for breakfast&lunch then for dinner I eat my reg dinner and for a snack I have a fruit or low fat yogurt. If you keep doing that and lose 5 pounds every 2 weeks im sure you can get to lose 55 pounds by June 7th. You dont only have to eat special k cereal, you can have a protein bar or their protein water. Also just try exercising daily. Sometimes you can burn calories when you dont even know it! Like take a walk, go shopping, dance to your ipod for a few minutes lol.
