New Weight Loss Diets That Work
I’m trying a new technique to weight loss… what do you think i can accomplish in a week?
I really would like to lose 10 lbs in all overtime. I know its not that much, but i have a slight problem with binge eating. at my skinniest, i was 102 lbs. Now, my goal is 108 lbs. i haven’t weighed myself in atleast a month, but last time i did it was 116 lbs. 
i have a very small frame so this makes me look pretty gross. I am not being very successful with my usual diet methods so heres what im thinking.
how much weight do you think i could lose in 1-1 1/2 weeks but eating as a vegan. (no animal products like meat, eggs, dairy) and working out for at least an hour to and hour and a half like 5 times a week. (it would be everyday but i have work, which interferes) so by keeping my food calories at 1200, no drinking, and working out what do you think i could accomplish?
Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds a week and you can do it eating whatever you want. I know it’s shocking. All you have to do to lose weight is maintain a calorie deficit. This means you figure out your Basal Metabolic Rate, subtract 500 from that, and eat that many calories per day…
Combine that with an hour of CARDIOVASCULAR exercise, which is key, and you’ll be golden.
This way you don’t have to worry about the specific content of your food…but you should worry about that anyway for your overall health and energy levels.
