Natural Weight Loss For Kids
How do I get rid of all those toxins in my body?
I always hear about how terrible it is to have built up toxins in your body. I hear that the toxins come from just about everywhere (The polluted air, the chemicals in food..etc..)
I always see different kids of pills and drinks that you can take to “clean out your body” but I really dont want to spend money on any of those pills…(I tend to have bad reactions to certian things..i’m very prone to headachs, etc…)..
I’m curious about natural ways to get rid of toxins. Different fruits and vegetables that are good for such things. I’m sure drinking water is good (which i drink A LOT of…I ONLY drink water actually, I dont like juice or sodas..) ..
I’m trying to lose weight (I’m about 70lbs overweight. I’m only 19 years old…I’m currently forming a much healthier lifestyle)..I hear that too many toxins can prevent weight loss..
What are some other ways to get rid of these toxins? any information on this topic would be helpful too..
