Model Weight Loss Tricks
21yo woman, 65kgs. on the way to losing 10kgs. wondering if my skin will be saggy?
its not a lot of weight and i am very active dancing, pilates, yoga, gym- cardio and a personal trainer once a week. im pretty fit and toned and is just the final bits to slim, tighten and tone.
i’m on my way but, am slightly worried about skin sagging mostly around arms, tummy, sides and bum and thighs. i don’t think its possible as im quite tiny but, i watched a program on weight loss and its given me the jitters a little.
before anyone gives me diet and exercise tips i don’t need them i am in great hands. i’m an actress and model and i have a good team around me. this is for my own knowledge and peace of mind.
so anyone who can help me relax would be great.
ALSO im using vitamin E oil (bio oil) and moisturiser most days to keep skin good and subtle.
any other tips or tricks of the trade!?

you won,t sag. not at your age. i was 52 when i lost 50 lbs. no sag. exercise is important to tone the underlying muscle. go for it.
