Medical Weight Loss Food Programs
High Protein Shake wanted….got a brand for me ?
I want to go back on a previous program I was on from Medical Weight Loss, I know the diet, but when I was in their program they had me drink a high protein shake 3 times a day in addition to my diet. It worked like a charm…so my question is what brands of high protein shakes are out there that do not cost $30 and up per container that are just as good as the ones they were giving me ? I do not have access to the program where I am living, so Im doing it by recall. Remember, Im ADDING the shakes to my meal, NOT replacing the meal with a shake, and I need BRANDS. Also, I can not call and ask what they had in them, I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THAT INFORMATION, it was in another state, I have relocated. My diet is A BALANCE OF FOOD, so at each meal I have 1 fruit, 1 carb, 1 protein, 1 vegetable, 1 HP shake……get it ?
