La Weight Loss Juice Fast
Has anyone done the LA weight loss diet?
My sister just got a bottle of the ” take off” juice from our cousin. But she has no idea of how to use it or how to start the program. Can anyone let me know what she is supposed to do? Is this a complete fast with only the juice, or are you on a certain diet while drinking the juice? Thank you, any help is appreciated!
The drink is to be used three times a day as directed. Your cousin should have the food list too – LAWL tells you what you are allowed to eat. You get to eat however much you want, when you want, as long as it is on the approved “Take off” list.
