Jobs In Weight Loss Industry

What results should I look for in a work out other than weight loss.?
Alrighty, well… I am working out just because. I’m not fat and I’m in good shape..but I want to be healthy.
I’m a model and i need to maintain a great body for future jobs that I need to get further into the industry. I’m good with my body and have never told it needs to be changed, how ever, I am not a very motivated person.
I need some goals, something to SEE.
Not like drop 10 pounds but other kinda of goals..
Toning goals I guess…Could you help?
P.s. Not flaunting the model thing, it’s just to climb my way up on the acting charts, anything that gets me out there, gets me out there.
Well, I am not a model or a doctor, but right now I am doing a project about that with my classmates at my school so I guess I can give you some information…
If you are under 18teen (mostly), working out will help you solve any problem you have with your back(I have one, so I know). For that purpose it’s better to do swimming.
Plus swimming can help you be graceful (like dancing) and it can help you stay healthy, without any fever, during winter…
But even if you are not under 18teen, working out can help you be ready for anything (almost…) and you won’t have health problems in the future…
It also makes you look more healthy, and full of life (besides that’s what you want to show during a show, right?)
If that is not enough, you can ask for more information your dietist (I don’t know if that’s the English word) …
