My 2 friends are thinking about using this and I’m starting to think it isn’t a bad idea, we are all 13 and one of my friends weighs 170 and one weighs 155. (They have weights of adults so it couldn’t be bad)
The one that weighs 170 doesn’t look like it, but they both wanna slim down to 125-130.
What do you think about this? It seems like a quick- healthy soulution.
The pill got a recall and we wanna do the powder. (We would only take 1 a day)
Their heights are 5″5 and 5″4
I know it’s tempting but there’s no magic cure for losing weight. The powder is just a stimulant. It speeds up your heart and breathing and makes you feel jittery. It’s not a good thing to do to your body and it’s not a real solution. To be really healthy you have to eat healthy. I know it’s harder to do than to take a powder but a healthy lifestyle change is going to work and the powder is not. Eat lots of fruit and vegetables. Watch your fat intake. Drink a lot of water. Avoid sugary foods and flour. You will lose the weight and feel GOOD, not crappy from taking pills/powders.
