How Much Weight Loss Low Carb

Weight loss?
How much weight will I lose if I exercise 45-65 minutes a day,do a strict low carb diet,and only eat three small meals a day?I can burn 50-65 calories in 15 minutes right now.I know the low carb isn’t the best way to lose weight,but it’s better to lose the weight than to stay overweight.Plus I’ll be cutting down my risk of heart failure,diabetes,and other health risks by losing weight.
You will see you will drop weight fast in a few months, it takes a while but dont quit once you see results. I think you will lose ten pounds in the first month and start losing more and more. You should eat more if your working out to keep your energy up. Just drink lots of water throughout the day that will supress your appetite. Sometimes hunger pains are mistaken and are actually dehydration. Just be strict withyourself and don’t eat deserts
