Healthy Weight Loss Over 50

Short and sweet weight loss question?
Ill try and keep it short
5’8, 210 currently getting no fitness sitting in chair at computer all day over eating A LOT and drinking soda about once everyday
Wanting to know if i will lose weight by eating healthy and smaller portions every 4 hours, drinking nothing but water and also doing this TWICE daily
20 Squats
50 Jumping jacks
50 crunches (maybe more)
50 Push ups
50 bench curls
and also jumping rope for 5-10 minutes along with this
will this be good and how soon can i see results THANKS SOO MUCH BEST ANSWER 10 POINTS
Jump rope and/or rowing a boat machine at gym and/or cross training – 1000 skips /stokes – breaks taken only for washroom and protein shakes. Do this every 3 hours. Use multivitamins and consume lots of liquids. Its not Impossible. I’ve done it. Sleep at least 6 hours.
