weight loss tips for a teenager?

I’m unfit, and i would like to lose some weight, as this is causing me to be unfit, its the new year, so this is going to be my resolution, could somebody please tell me, some food i can eat instead of sweets? i have the Wii+Wii fit and the Xbox, so any game suggestions would be great:) The only exercise i do, is walk to school and back, P.E 3 times a week, and dancing on a tuesday:/ but somehow, im still unfit! it would also help if someone gave me a 7day food menu thing? because im not really good at picking healthy stuff to eat, as usually i just ate anything, and not checking how much fat+sugar was in it, but my mum is going to help me on this new years Resolution but i would still need some tips:) thanks xx

If you add extra fruits/veggies to your meals, it will seem like you have a lot more food but you wont be taking in very many calories. This will help!! I was vegan for a while, and when I did that, adding all the extra veggies to things helped me lose 20 pounds! So I would do that to get full without geting fat
