Questions about losing weight and zumba?
Okay, i’m overweight and decided i want to do something about it. I’m 16, from the uk, 5’7 and weigh about 14 stone. I have put a lot of weight on lately.
Anyway – i go to a zumba class one a week for 45 minutes. How many calories will that burn?
I also today got zumba for wii, how many calories will a 20 minute class burn on that? (i assume the 45 will bas the same answer as above)
How many calories should i be taking in to produce healthy weight loss?
Also, any ideas as to healthy meals i could try? Any links to recipes would be appreciated.
I will also get my bike out and try to do atleast one 14 mile bike ride oncde a week.
How much weight can i expect to lose in what time frame?
196 pounds (a lot, i know)
In a 20 minute session I burn like 500 calories and im like 170 pounds. And you can lose weight on zumba it’s an amazing and difficult workout
