A question for those who have improved their over-all health?
Hello,
I have posted this question in a few of the other health related forums…
I’m wondering for those who have made a more serious committment to their health & over-all wellness.
What was the ‘thing’ that you did that benefitted you the most in regards to your journey to better health & well-being?
It might be exercise, vitamins, supplements, change of envirement, various types of therapies. Do you understand what I mean?

My husband bought the Kevin Trudeau’s books, we have totally changed our life. We eat all natural and organic, we have lost a lot of weight, we walk when able to. We take whole food suplements. We have noticed already that when we do get a cold or flu it is much less severe and goes away so much faster. Our bodies are able to fight it off better. The food tastes so much better too. Being 6 dress sizes smaller makes me feel better about myself also, went from a 10 to a 4
Such a great change in our lives.
