Ideas to motivate coworkers to take part in health wellness?
At my place of employment we are wanting to start up a wellness program for all employees and their families. I am in need of any suggestions to help get the program started. Or ideas that we could use would be greatly appreciated.
Set a time frame, 6 months to a year, have a weigh-in for those who want to participate, and give them $10 for every lb they lose, with an extra $1000 going to the winner. If you want a lot of participation, tell them it will be their Christmas bonus.
