How strict do you hae to be on the hcg diet?
I am taking the Hgc drops, I am 5’10 , 170, 27 years old male, muscular built but with fat on my abdonmin. In the past I droped down to 155 pounds, and still had fat on my abdomin, I lost a great bit on strength in the gym. I felt that to be really low in fat, I’d have to be in the 140′s and for a man of my height and age that is to light.
With that said I want to lose 10 to 15 pounds of fat, with little muscle loss, I was wondering how strict do I have to be on the 500 calories a diet day, i did it today and proubly I will till the end of the week, but my parents and the girl i’m seeing don’t allow me to eat healthy, or small amounts, will a few cheat days have a huge effect on me? I also plan to cut playing basket ball, my daily jogs, and lifting heavy at the gym, until i finish hcg.
or would eating a 1000-1500 diet with cardio and hcg work. If hcg speeds up ur metabolism, I should be able to lose weight, work out hard and still do some sort of cardio
I’m doing the HCG diet right now following the 21 Day program from prohcgdiet.com So far it is working nicely. i take the drops 3 times a day and eat the very strict 500 calorie diet. its been about 15 days and ive lost 15.2 lbs. the results are fast and i feel great. i think i look alot lighter than the 10 pounds shows. as far as side effects, i have not encountered any so far, except that if you stray from the diet it will not work at all. it even causes you to gain weight if you drink alcohol or eat to much sugar/carbs. also, you cannot exercise heavily or your body will go into starvation mode and hold fat.
im hoping to lose another 14 lbs. in the 11 days i have left in this cycle. if you decide to try it, you just have to be very dedicated and DO NOT CHEAT, no matter how badly you want a cheeseburger!
