Good Weight Loss Lunches

Is my work out good for weight loss?
I usually spend 30 minutes on the eliptical and then I spend 15 minutes doing strength training (targeting abs one day, then arms the next, then legs) and then about 5 minutes of stretching. I workout 5 days per week.
I am also eating really healthy: whole grain cereal/oatmeal and fruit for breakfast, salad for lunch, and a balanced meal for supper. I occasionally indulge, not often. What else can I do?
