Free Weight Loss Tips And Exercises
I need some weight loss tips and exercise ideas!?
Ok so here’s the deal. Im 19, 5’6″, 154 lbs and a size 13. I had my son 3 months ago. Its not that easy to get to the gym so id like some AT HOME excersise ideas. I dont have free weights either so dont suggest anything that involves them. Im also not into Yogo or pilates so dont suggest that either. I just want some workouts.

They will ask you questions and design your plan for you, such as your meals, WORKOUTS, and set goals for you. They also have a lot of chat rooms where people join to support each other.
