Free Weight Loss Medicine

i want to lose weight. please give me some exercise tips and weight loss plan.?
i don’t want to use any medicine or apply anything.
could you tell me the systematic diet and exercise. i m free only on weekends. could you give me some advise. i am 157 lbs and want to get 30 lbs in systematic way. i have big inner thighs and stomach. i want to lose them in no time also. could you give me some exercise tips to lose them. could u also please tell me how much weight i can lose in what amount of time if i follow your instructions. i wanna lose weight so badly. how sould i encourage to have discipline in carrying out the plan.
i know you said using medicine is not a favorable thing, but if you honestly dont have ANY time at all during the week, you need to do more than just exercise. Because weightloss and muscle definition will only come with regualr exercise at LEAST tri-weekly.
you really limit yourself by saying that youre only free on weekends, because you cant really expect results if you only have two days that you can work out. if you honestly want results you will MAKE TIME. if its that much of an issue, find a 24 hour gym or something!
you ask how you should encourage dicipline, but dicipline requires sacrifice, and you need to sacrifice some time to get these results.
i hate getting harsh with people, especially when they are asking for honest help, but you need to give a little to get the results you want. I of all people know that exercise and hard work needs to be done, no matter how busy you are, to see the desired results.
and to me it sounds like you want a lot from a little work.
