Fast Weight Loss Naturally No Pills
Anyone have a weight loss success story?
I have weight to lose. So far I’ve lost 15 pounds (since mid-Nov), but can feel myself losing momentum (in the motivation department). I am doing this naturally, no pills, eating when hungry, exercising, but hoped for faster results. I feel better, without a doubt, but I want to keep the ball rolling. I still have about 40 pounds to go.
How much weight did you lose, how long did it take, and what makes you the happiest about losing the weight? Any other insights welcome…
Remember that you didn’t gain the weight overnight so you aren’t going to lose it overnight. Drink lots of water it helps increase your metabolism, also you shouldn’t eat only when your hungry. Try eating 5 times a day, about every 3 hours, breakfast, snack, lunch, snack and then dinner. This way you are not starving your self and you won’t tend to over eat. I started working out in October although I have not physically seen a drastic change yet, i feel much better and healthier. Of course i have my lazy days when I don’t feel like working out but I just keep in mind that the weight isn’t going to come off by itself. Find yourself a workout buddy who is committed.
