I’m a 21 year old female, 5′ 1″ and 260lbs. I know I need to loose at least 140lbs just for health’s sake and for my wedding next year. I just need help on finding a meal plan I can work with. I would like to know any website,books or any info you can give me for daily healthy menu plan and exercise plan to help me reach my weight loss goal. I want to lose the weight that is not too fast but also not to slow, maybe an average 20lbs or more a month if that’s healthy. I really appreciate it.
