Fast Weight Loss Grocery List
Some questions regarding weight loss?
Hello, I am a young adult, I am about 5’7 or 5’8, between 170-175 pounds.
I am currently interested in losing weight and gaining muscle, I go to a gym at least 4-5 days a week.
I would like to mainly lose belly fat i have, and lose man boobs.
What is better, a Treadmill or a Elliptical Machine? And how long should i work out on it for? How fast should i be going?
I do strength machines and i lift weights, how many reps should i do each day?
And can anyone please suggest some foods i could eat while on my diet, that i could pick up at a grocery store? Please do not list things that have to be cooked over a stove and such, i am a horrible cook.

Usually a fitness center has trainers available. Book a few sessions with a trainer for a program. If you are a beginner, the treadmill is fine. Fir food, eat more vegetables and fruit. Use olive oil. No cooking required. Buy deli turkey meat. Wrap in greens, and eat as a sandwich, no cooking. Read this site to learn how to poach an egg in the microwave, so you can have breakfast.
