Fast Free Weight Loss For Kids
Weight loss meal plan.. thoughts?
I am looking to drop a few lbs. I am currently about 5’10 and 1bout 194lbs..
I would like to get down to about 180lbs. I have two young kids, so I do not have a whole lot of free time to work out, so I know for me personally it is important to eat healthy. Here is what im thinking, please let me know based on your experiences if you think this will work.
Breakfast 8:30am
slim fast shake
Snack 10:00am
some carrots
Lunch 12:00pm
Either a grilled chicken breast with a Salad
or
6″ ham sub from subway on whole wheat bread
Snack 3:00pm
handful of almonds
Dinner 6:00pm
thinking od doing some sort of fruit smoothie with Milk, banana, yogurt, strawberries, and some protein.
And then whatever cardio I can manage to fit in…
Thoughts?
I would suggest trying to have something with protein to go with those carrots like string cheese or hummus. The lunch is good but just make sure that the dressing is low fat and that you skip the mayo on the sandwich and maybe just have mustard. If you have two small children then why not take them to the park and chase them around for 30 minutes. Or chase them in the backyard. Kids and pets are a great excuse to exercise because both are filled with lots of energy as long as you play with them.
